What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone and country.
• Travel documents: passport and visa scans, needed only to file your permit and register you at hotels.
• Trip details: dates, rooms, dietary needs and health notes you choose to share.
• Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We keep the last four digits and the payment status.
• Website usage: pages viewed, language and device type, through cookies.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, plan and run your trip, file permits, take payment, and send documents. With your consent we send travel tips and offers. You can unsubscribe in any email.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your trip: the permit authorities, hotels, guides, transport and payment providers. We never sell your data. Passport scans are shared only for permits and hotel registration.

How long we keep it

Passport scans are deleted 90 days after your trip ends. Booking records are kept for 7 years for accounting. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to marketing. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you also have the rights in GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to remember your language and session, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.

Transfers and security

Your data is stored on servers with encryption in transit and at rest. If it is transferred outside your country we use contract terms that give it equivalent protection.
