每位外國護照持有人都需要。入藏函只能透過註冊的西藏旅行社辦理，在機場、火車站和酒店都會查驗。我們在每次預訂中免費代辦。
不可以。外國旅客需預訂持證導遊的行程，拉薩以外路線還需包車。固定發團的小團座位是最省的方式。
4 到 10 月是主要季節。5–6 月與 9–10 月山景最清晰；7–8 月更綠但雨水更多。
從西寧或北京坐火車是緩慢爬升的風景之旅，有助於適應海拔。從成都、西安或加德滿都飛可節省一兩天。
